QuoteGasLightStreet QuoteHairball QuoteJordyLicks96 Quotegeorgelicks QuoteSend It To me People loudly trash all post-Tattoo Stones output then wonder why they are scared to put anything new out. I'd be hesitant to release anything if my own fans acted like that. If you didn't like Bang, Bridges, Steel Wheels or Voodoo, why do you care what they do next? A very good question indeed,

No way, they will hype the album during months in advance. Typically and historically, yes. But I could see them throwing a curveball in an effort to be "fresh" (Mick always wanting to be on the cutting edge, Ke

Has anyone bought the single CD edition? Or has anyone seen an "unboxing" of the single CD edition? I'm curious about the booklet. Ultimately I'm curious about the mix, but considering it's allegedly brickwalled as I feared it would be, I've become more curious about the (new?) booklet.

Maybe it's the approaching holidays, but my xmas wish would be the announcement of a spring album release and another summer U.S. tour. I suppose my additional wish of a xmas 2019 release of Atlantic City '89 is shot, since we'd probably know that by now. Meanwhile, I must say...I harbor no ill will or "wtf" sentiment toward the band for not releasing an original al

QuoteTooTough Eagle Rock should concentrate a bit more... Buenos ... It seems like there's more of this going around than there used to be. Less proofreading combined with more distraction? Don't know. I also saw an ad at one of our local venues for the return of The Back Crowes. I never knew they were here in the first place.

QuoteLazarusSmith I've crawled up inside the 50th anniv releases for SGT PEPPERS, THE BEATLES, and ABBEY ROAD for the past few weeks and may never come up for air! Having also spent a fair amount of time over the years in Dylan's Bootleg series releases, the following occurred to me: Has Keith or Mick ever said anything in public about a desire to release outtakes, works in progr

Uhh..."awful"? "filler"? I guess one person's "filler" is another's gem, but the inclusion of 'You Gotta Move' works very, very well for me, and I don't think it's done in a cheeky or campy way either, especially on an album which already has dark "what does it all mean" themes on it. It fits perfectly. If any blues number

QuoteRocky Dijon I don't know whether Brian drowned because he was wasted, had a seizure, had cramps, or had his head held under too long. I do know that whether we're discussing Brian's contributions to sessions, what he was like as a person, or how he died - it's of interest to me and certainly others because he was the Foundation Stone. Not trying to take the steam out

'Wandering Spirit' has actually diluted in potency for me over the years. I think the whole "what if it were a Stones album" thing has actually made it harder to listen to,

I can neither afford not justify the cost of this package just in the slender hope that it might include a great sounding LP . So I'm a bit disappointed and will stick with what I've got.
