Well, you have some big names on the list of performers and Jazz Fest is claiming that the last headliner is even bigger than anyone else already announced playing there. So unless it is hepperbole, there aren't many names that fit that description.

It looks to me like the Rock in Rio festival has it's headliners and they are filling other slots, so IMO, no Stones. And I'd bet my bottom $ that U2 is playing the Sunday Jazz Fest slot.

There is real money to be madce playin in the US, I would expect to see a handful of Stadium shows in Major US markets in 2015.
