There is much about that day that remains unsaid. The bare fact of the matter is that the killing of Meredith Hunter was accomplished by a group of Hell's Angels, NOT just the one who was charged. I would go further, I would say that the prosecution erred in it's presentment of the matter before the court. The cause of action should not have been a single charge of first degree

This book does introduce some new details not seen in the other books that address this topic. It does have a new spin but not really a different conclusion than the others. And despite the new details it also trims details out of other accounts of that day.
