I was thinking it would be swell if everyone here were to contribute a couple of USA dollars to my Paypal account so I could get this. I believe someone was talking about having a Rolling Stones Hot Stamper from BETTER RECORDS for like $400 but it was nothing compared to this. This indeed is the Holiest of Exile Grails: BETTER RECORD'S WHITE HOT STAMPER OF EXILE SELLING FOR LESS THA

I really like this photo. In fact, I want to get this photo blown up to something like a 18" by 24" size and then have it framed. The missus, however, states that it isn't very good. Kinda blurry and unfocused. And you can't see Keith or Bill. What do you think about the photo? London Roundhouse, 1971. The artist's identity is unknown.

Nope, never have. I would be interested in learning more abut it, though, especially as I live in the Garden State. And it is a beautiful state.

The person who posted the original thread sent me a box of these CDs. I only paid postage. It is a beautiful set and I expect to get hundreds of hours listening to them all. I wanted to post something to acknowledge such a generous gift. And it was a gift, considering how many CDs I got versus the amount I paid for postage. I think it works out to about US thirty cents per CD-R. Tha

QuoteMore Hot Rocks Saw them in 1978 with quad sound. Great show for the time. EDIT: Did Emerson have some sort of TV screen/monitor above his Moog? One that was showing "blips", like a heart monitor?

I saw Buddy Guy at a blues festival about a dozen years ago. While he was playing a solo he had a string of drool about three feet long dangling from his mouth.

Very ambitious, mcp. I am a fan of the 1969 Hyde Park show too. If you do complete this project, my advice is to be careful who you share it with. I have read numerous stories from people who have created Rolling Stones CDs/videos, shared the resulting works freely, and then found the CD/video being sold commercially. Absolutely shameful. That said, I would love to have a copy of thi

I loved them until I saw them on their Ceremony Tour. Ian's voice was shot and Billy was just going through the motions. No energy. I was 2nd row center and many people around me were sitting. How often do you see people that close to the stage sitting at a rock concert? Wish I had seen them on either their Electric or Sonic Temple tours. Maybe they were better then.
