Quoteladywilliam Quotefrenki09 For pre-sale is it enough if I'm registered with RollingStones.com? Don't you have own ticketing system in China like Japan? How Chinese people buy tickets for Chinese or Asian musicians? Well... In Chinese mainland Facebook and Twitter is blocked. So it would be pretty unfair to have pre-sale via those social networks. Quotebv I think most people in Asia and Australia still sleep now, even if it is past midnight their time. An announcement is supposd to be daytime for normal people, not at 00:00 midnight for geeks like us who hang around all day and night discussing when Tuesday is in different parts of the world... Right. It's past midnight here in Beijing. (12.30 a.m.) So the announcement should be s

Thanks for the info, Bjornulf and Gazza. I'm registered on RollingStones.com. When it comes to China it would be a bit unfair if pre-sale codes would be available via Facebook or Twitter as both are blocked in China. And not everyone here has VPN. I'll keep checking IORR for updates. I think it will be vital how prepared one is when it comes to securing a ticket for a Stones show. I

Ladies and Gentlemen! Got a question! It's clear that they will announce the tour dates on Tuesday. Will they also announce when the tickets will go on sale for each city? How do I know when they will start selling tickets for Shanghai? (I'm in Beijing, not that far from Shanghai.) What is the routine? Do they sell tickets on the same week they announce the dates? Quotedrbryant I was able to get the standing tix. I decided to take a chance even though they look like the might be way over on the side. I bought them from the marinabaysandspackages.com site. It cost me about $120 extra for a dinner, so overall, I thought it was a good deal. It looks like tickets are still available there, so you might try. Hey! You are pretty good at this! So this i

Just curious... Did anybody get a ticket for the green section (two sides of the stage)? I wasn't going to buy one, but I'm curious how on Earth did the tickets sell out by 10.01. 1 minute after they started selling them!!! With introducing the queuing system it's hard to believe that all good seats were gone by 10.01...

I wonder if it ever happened that let's say Lisa or Bernard walked up to Jagger after rehearsal and said, "This song is a beauty, we should really do it, Mick". Would Jagger appreciate comments like that? Till The Next Goodbye is a wonder. And they should encourage Mick to do it. Those lyrics are just sooo great and smart. Way more classy and stylish than Fool To Cry or Worried Abo

Have these tickets been guaranteed by faceless corporate people who have no knowledge of the Stones but want to flash the cash? According to the se

Well... My original plan was grabbing a pit tic for Shanghai, and enjoy the show. Had no plans to go to Macau. But then I a few days after they started selling the tickets I saw that they still have good seats available, so I decided to buy one. And then came Shanghai... And there was no way I could afford a pit ticket... So there I was. I could have easily bought a pit ticket for Macau, but I wa

Got an SMS from Damai. Local pick up (in Shanghai) starts from the 27th this month and delivery of tickets has already started... Btw, Western Union sounds a bit risky. Just make sure that they (ticketing agency) confirm that your payment has arrived. They need to give you an order number for your ticket. Probably the Western Union payment option was a last minute decision from the Chinese

So who said that the tix for Shanghai will sell out in 1-2 hours? I wonder if it's gonna be as slow as Macau... But seriously, the prices are just insane! Insane for mainland China. I simply couldn't believe my eyes... So it's another Stones concert with 90% foreigners...

Got my ticket. 2880. The area right in fron of the stage is 8880??? Seriously???!!! This makes the Shanghai gig one of the most expensive, doesn't it? If I clicked on 'Tickets' on rs.com it directed me to the concert in Macau... I'm in China, so for me the address wasn't a problem... And I already paid and they will deliver the tic for me. I hope they do that in time.
