Out of Control on Honk is the regular album version, ie the same one as on Bridges to Babylon. Honk version is the 2009 remaster and because of this features a more upfront bass. The Saber Mix (full length version is 5:46) is heavier on bass and has MJ voice more upfront but it's not that different from the album version. There's also a "Bi-Polar at the controls" version
