Some people will argue that it's not really a song...what the hell does that mean? It's Exile related and should be on there. They are only talking about touching up the outtakes since they are unfinished tracks. Mick has already stated the original album was only remastered (not remixed or overdubbed) in one of the many Exile interviews.

In a different article Mick mentioned the bass and drums were complete on the outtakes, so they didn't need to enhance them. And Wyman was often awol from recording sessions and somebody else would play bass. According to his book, he was often more interested in chasing skirt than recording.
