Go Dolphins Falcons! Have they stopped playing music at the games? Seems to me I have not heard Start Me Up or Crazy Train and the others this year (maybe last year also). Anyone else not hear music?

I think our very own tribute band is not far behind these guys (a few more gigs, maybe add a back up singer). Amazing what they pulled off without ever playing together before. Anyway check out the Glimmer Twins:

QuoteSilver Dagger Hey The Sicilan - even better than Venus is this great rocker from Shocking Blue. Love it Silver Dagger. Some parts remind me of Grace and the Airplane (guitar sounds a bit like Jorma Kaukonen). Amazing how much music can be missed in ones life time...

Quotecrumbling_mice I'd love to know if people actually got under the stage...it seems from the photo that it was an open fronted structure. Surely when all the fighting kicked off and it was crammed down at the front, some bright soul would have scrambles under and maybe even through to the back stage area. She almost did Still thinking about it

I would have to look through the reference book, Let it Be the Unautherized Transcripts, that gives a synopsis of the entire sessions by day. I have read it, ages ago and never read a reference to Jagger being there. Peter Sellars was there trying to score H from Lennon and visiting Ringo (th

QuoteLong John Stoner How is it I've never heard of this group or this guy? I'm soon to be 59 years old, living in America. Looked up some stuff, pretty good music. Lots of covers it seems. Long John, same here but did know this song Pictures of Matchstick Men which was a hit in the US in 1968 (great song): Also remember them at Live Aid in 1985.

Quotetatters Quote2000 LYFH OK, so I guess we will never get to the bottom of how this thing works, but how would you answer the following: Would the Stones deserve to be in based on their "1980 -> present" body of work? And if the answer is no, then what would be your starting year? And if they would have broken up in 69/70, should they be in for their 1960's body of work

So what does it take to get in? Terry Stewart, the President of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Museum (and Nominating Committee member): "Nomination and induction into the Hall of Fame is not about
