Hey, did anybody by mistake buy 1 GA ticket too much that they would pleaseeee be willing to sell to me?? I was only able to get a category B seated ticket, but this will be my first (and last) Stones show and I desperately wanted to get GA. My sister and I both got kicked out the queue several times when we already had it in our baskets. Can't seem to get my hands on one anymore now, I

QuoteDandelionPowderman <you can't imagine what's going on over there> Well, we did get the shakes here as well, when the same source announced Charlie's "departure" Yeah, I imagine you did, but at that time I wasn't around because my internet access was down, so I don't know what exactly was going on. I only heard that Charlie quitting - thing over

AAAAAND!!! Da-Da-Da-Daaaaaaa!!!!!!! *drum roll* Steven was at a gig of the Joe Perry Project last night. Totally unexpected! Not even Joe himself knew he'd come. Steven got on stage and announced: "New York, I want you to know thing: I'm not leaving Aerosmith!" :luffs: He then performed Walk This Way with the JPP and left the stage again right after the sogn was over.

Besides being a huge Stones fan, I'm a big fan of Aerosmith as well and all this mess happening with them right now is highly upsetting me. So, I came on to Aeroforceone this morning and read this article and it pissed me off, because I find it stupid and even insulting to my two favourite bands. I thought I'd share because of those few Stones mentions: http://www.nypost.com/p/ente

Quotetheimposter Also great choices, CharliMoon. Don't know if you've read the book or not, but HST's "Fear and Loathing" actually has them listening to Sympathy while driving in the car. Johnny Depp I have read apparently fought to keep that in the film version but was shot down, for whatever reason, by the film's director. Oh well, at least we had some Stones over

I haven't popped the big question to her yet though. "Do you like the Stones?" And what if she says "no"? That's what I mean. But she could still be the woman of his life, couldn

Yeah, but fifty years later, I doubt if there is any real advantage for anyone by claiming the guy in the pic is Brian, if it was not really him. Hmm, that's true. And when I think about it, why shouldn't it be him. I mean, actually, why shouldn't he have helped building that. We'll probably n

Always loved CYHMK at the beginning of BLOW (one of my fav films, btw) and of course JJF during the credits of FEAR & LOATHING IN LAS VEGAS. Also (I think this wasn't mentioned yet), I was positively surprised when I was watching TROPIC THUNDER in the movies theatre last year and suddenly Sampathy For The Devil came on while they were making their way through the jungle. Made the film

Quotedcba My above comment was very much tongue-in-cheek. I'm sure she can deliver a great intimate performance you'll remember for a long time. The weight she gained can only do good things to her vocal range (no irony here either). Only 6 days left! Bring roses and she'll hug you and kiss you! I confirm that, I went to her Vienna show 3 days ago and her performance was g

Friday was the last day of school. Now I have holidays. This Friday I'm leaving on a vacation. It's 1.20 am. In the past few weeks I never went to bed any time before 2 am every night. Due to my currently enjoying my holidays, this doesn't matter because I know I'm gonna sleep until 2 pm If I go to bed at 4 am. My home situation is totally messed up, my parents are in the

Quotestonesrule What artists do you enjoy who are under the age of 40? haha. I don't think there is any artist under 40 who I am a fan of. Some people I know say I'm weird, because I like all those guys who could be my parents or grandparents. I don't know why, it's just the way it is. I love the Stones above everything else. I love Aerosmith. Totally. I'm a sucker fo

Funny, throughout the concert I felt like "If there's heaven, this is what it must be like!" *lol* It was wonderful. Now, we were up high in the gallery, to the right side, front row. Perfect view onto the stage, except the piano. If

Quotelittle queenie great review - thanks! you're obviously a big stones fan...how come you haven't seen them live yet? That's about the best compliment I could ever get, thank you!! The Stones mean everything and more to me. Well, I have always liked them (or rather their music, cause I didn't really know who they were until some years later) since the age of about 7.

YCAGWYW is a great tune, it's got good lyrics, nice guitars and a catchy melody, and anyway, like you said Elmo, it's a very unusual beginning for a Stones song, with the choir and that. Which makes it special, in a way, If you ask me. My humble opinion. I love Angie!!! I mean, not only do I think it's a beautiful acoustic song, I also have some very happy memories and backgroun
