For a while he sang backing vocals live but hasn't done that in years. YEARS ago he wasn't a terrible singer, Ooh La La as an example. The 5 string set is a hybrid. I think he uses 10s or 11s depending on the guitar. HOWEVER, don't buy strings because you think they are what Keith uses. There are many brands out there and are made out of different materials as well. Many guages too. Look around, experiment, find strings that work for you, your style and comfort. I believe the song is in the key of A, so typically that would mean a D harmonica if you are playing blues. I think he is playing this in second position. As far as harmonica tone, less has to do with the type and more has to do with the player and their technique. Most of the blues greats used a Marine Band. I tend to lean toward Suzuki Harpmasters though. Wayne
