The McCoys were the Brothers Zerringer better known as Derringer and Rick told me that he and his brother actually wrote the song but since they were minors their parents took them to NYC to some Lawyers to sign the copyright documents and guess what? The rights were stolen and/or signed over to the attorneys and they never got credit nor royalties.....Most Buckeyes music fans know the Real Deal.

I think the date is wrong....the tour didn't even start til late aug or early sept....I was there the 2nd day as there were 2 shows....I thought it was great! Heart and Thoroughgood. Seems to me it was oct??
