Well, strangely, Trump used YCAGWYW the moment he triumphed. And pre-Inauguration Heart of Stone, which was pretty funny in regards to Hillary.

Don't forget France had some bad things happening at public events in recent years. Maybe that's the reason for the slow entrance.

Impressive setlist so far. They finally got rid of that 65 years old new song.

I think UMT would work well giving the playing is good enough, otherwise it should be called "Ladies and Gentlemen - Chuck Leavell!".

Quotevertigojoe There be a @#$%& stampede for the exits like you never seen if they started with that on the forthcoming European tour. That was also one of my thoughts, which is funny because I listened to hundreds of bootlegs, many from 1997/98, but something like that never crossed my mind until recently. That made me once again think about how much this new century has already been dera

QuoteRocky Dijon It fit the Lion of Judah album cover in 1997 and tied in with their past history with Jajouka and the intro of "Continental Drift" in 1989 and 1990. I don't let acts of terrorism prevent me from enjoying Sinbad, 1001 Arabian Nights, or countless other examples of Arabic culture the same way the Holocaust doesn't prevent me from watching Fritz Lang's early

Yesterday is was listening to the Stade de France 1998 show. I totally forgot about the chant "Allahuakbar" just before the curtains of the big screen open in the intro. Listening from today, it is quite hard to imagine any major act would open a show with something like that, in a post 911, post Bataclan world. Does anybody know anything about the idea behind the BtB intro and who came

Never understood why they dumped Play With Fire or any other ballad from the set after Hamburg, where the song was really really good, much better than in 89/90.

Yes, I get it all the time. From "I loved the VL Euro tour in 1992", "saw them in 75 at the Hollywood Bowl" to "I just love Mike Jagger"

Does anybody know what sunglasses Keith is wearing in recent years? They look massive and greenish and he frequently wears them at least since Spring 2014 (e.g. Berlin 2014 and also in his most recent "Happy new year" video).

Quotedead.flowers SFTD in Hamburg. I have a fair question. How would you rank the Hamburg rendition of Sympathy with a view to the other Filter gigs? Personally, I like it very much, find it quite outstanding, but difficult to compare since I have attended only Hamburg, and know the others only from the internet. dead.flowers I was there and have listened to it a lot...I think it wa

Quotegeordiestone The only real weak points for me is I love Gimme Shelter but to me it just doesn't work as 2nd last song. Personally I liked it best when they would play it about 5 songs in. And Keith god bless him, love the man, still love hearing him play but the same 2 songs every night when there are more worthy others. All About You and Before They Make Me Run or how about a Thru And

Quotebeachbreak I love U2 but the last few "theme" albums weren't of interest to me. Weird, but the titles "Songs of Innocence, or Experience or whatever" just turned me off, too self indulgent sounding. Absolutely agree, haven't listened to a single bit of it. But I saw some videos from the recent tour and stage, atmosphere and song selection seemed to be prett

Play With Fire was the absolute highlight of the Hamburg show. Don't know why they just dropped it after one outing. They did so with Sway too. After they debuted it in Sept. 2005 in Columbus, they didn't play it again until Jan. 2006. To me, having seen just Hamburg, the main problem of the tour was the setlist. Even a 20 song set is not long enough if they include SFM, PIB, YCAGWYW,

But when I ordered, the price per ticket was about 160-180 € plus about 130-150 € in fees, but the tickets I received have 103 € incl. fees on it and that is what frustrates me...why did I have to pay more than 200 € m

Hey, like many others I ordered my tickets through eventim.de on May 12 for the total amount of 452,87 € for 2 tickets. Yesterday I received them and was utterly shocked there is just the amount of 103 € including fees (!!!) printed on each of them. Is this normal? It is not even half the price I paid! Please tell me of your experience and what one can do. Best regards, Eike
