I think my hot take on this song is that this is maybe the only track I prefer live post-Wyman. The 1969-73 versions and the 1990 versions are too fast and lean. The song works best when it has some weight to it, like a marching stampede coming in at full force. My two favorite versions are Twickenham 2003 (which has the speed of the 1970s' version but sounds much tighter and purposeful)

Bad Company over Joe Cocker and Chubby Checker and beating Cyndi in the top 5 is @#$%& wild. B Tier MOR band with a phenomenal vocalist over a Woodstock icon, an early rock trendsetter who should have been in the 1980s’, and a New Wave icon whose imprint on pop is still felt today is completely ridiculous.

My thoughts on the show: - the Some Girls tracks really cook. "Shattered" is one of the best versions of a song they often failed to come close to nailing and gets the show off to a great start. "Respectable" is excellent, and "Some Girls" features smoking guitar from both Ron and especially Keith, who I think is on fire for the whole show. - probably the weakest
