Makes them look bad and the Stones look even better. Pure jealousy. The Stones are making $10 million a night, have the highest-grossing tour of the year, and have 3 of the top-grossing tours of all-time. Something The Who or McCartney can’t claim. I doubt a mediocre blues-cover pub band could achieve this. Especially at almost 80! And it’s so disrespectful of McCartney and Daltry to say these

One of the absolute best shows of the 13 I have seen since 1975. Simply amazing in every way. DO NOT miss them! Yes, I miss Charlie, but I know he would be very happy and proud of his band.

WorriedAboutYou-I hope this means you’ll be leaving us now. Bye. No reason for you to hang around anymore. Your mean, ill-informed comments won’t be missed. And calling Ronnie a “clown.” Really heartless. Absolutely no class.

It is heartbreaking to me to come to what is supposed to be a Rolling Stones fan site and read such negative, hateful things about a band I thought we loved-especially now. If there was ever a time for the “Stones Family” to pull together and be supportive, you would think it would be now but no. Attacking Ronnie-someone who just beat cancer for the second time-attacking Mick’s voice and “breathi

Then there’s Patti Smith Group’s “Rock and Roll N******” (which I believe was covered by Marilyn Manson-obviously just for “shock” value). She even performed it at her Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction, which I thought was odd. I understand what she was trying to say with the lyrics-like John Lennon’s “Woman Is the N***** of the World,” but it just doesn’t sound right now-whatever the context

I didn’t say they wouldn’t be willing or that there wouldn’t be a demand to see them. I said I don’t know if venues will be open to large crowds and whether they would be physically up to it or whether they’d want to take the risk at their ages. Read my post. I’m still going to hold on to my ticket from 2020 until told otherwise. I am also quite aware that it’s their 60th year. I was just makin

I’m beginning to think that 2019 was the last time I will ever have seen the Stones live. I don’t think this Fall is going to happen. COVID seems to be on the upswing again and people won’t take precautions here in the U.S. Charlie will be 82 Fall 2022, Mick 79 and Keith 78. It just won’t be safe for them. Who knows if it will be safe for concertgoers even then with new strains emerging in differ

That was the first time I ever saw them so it is magical to me. On about the 10th row, the stage opening up like a lotus blossom, Mick swinging out on a rope over our heads. I was 21 years old and had been a fan since 1969. I couldn’t believe I was actually seeing them live. Still my favorite Stones show. Maybe not the best-played but to me the most memorable of all eleven times I’ve seen them si

The scream is definitely gone. I miss it. I'll stick with the original version I know and love. My nickname in high school-my first name is Doug-was "Mr. D" because of that song. A couple of people still call me that to this day.

I don’t know if this has already been addressed-if so I apologize-I couldn’t find it anywhere. Does anyone know why the album version of “Dancing With Mr. D” is slightly different from the version that has always been on ‘Goats Head Soup’? I don’t mean the alternate version on the “expanded” disc-I mean the one on the album itself. There was a scream from Mick during Mick Taylor’s guitar solo tha
