The website is usually updated with the litho and corresponding shirt on the day of the show. I would expect the full moon design to be available. As far as creativity on the wolf design, it's up to NC State's licensing on what they will allow, and they are very specific in what they will and won't allow.

With Duke being a private school, whereas NC State is publicly funded, I think the rules are much tougher for a state owned school. This is a college venue and current state laws prohibit the sale of alcohol. From my understanding, necassary permits to sell alcohol at this event were denied.
