For those curious about gold ticket delivery, TM rep on Facebook says they have print delay until 6/19 and will ship out soon after that. Apparently they wanted to wait as long as possible to ensure they don't oversell seats- at least that's kind of what it sounded like. Should see them in the mail box around 6/25 is my guess. I think that's why it's gone. I didn't use it though- I called and asked for the tickets that were in my shopping cart. I had to release them so the agent could select them, but it still worked out nicely. I think you can just keep refreshing the best available and then call when you have the seats you want in your cart. The hard part is getting an agent before the time expir

I also had tickets in presale, and I called last night and upgraded no problem - moved up 15 rows in Floor B. The CS rep was awesome - I had the tickets in my cart and all she had to do was grab them as soon as I released them back into the system. Worked flawlessly, she was awesome. Maybe I'm alone in this, but if they do come back I feel like a good 'last' tour would be smaller intimate venues where they play toned down, or acoustic versions of the songs that would allow it.
