I agree. This is the last stadium tour of North America, but they'll still do small Theater/Arena tours. Mick likes the short tours, as do the other guys. 15 dates is plenty at their age. Smaller venues would give them a chance to do more special shows, full albums, deep cuts. The stuff hardcore fans always complain about. They might even try a residency in one city like New York, or

You're right, they're aren't many Orlando fans on here. The show isn't sold out, but the Stones find ways to fill Unsold seats, so we'll see if their system works again You've got to do She's So Cold in Orlando, just for the irony.

There seems to be no buzz for the Orlando show. At least nobody is posting on here. Atlanta apparently was one of the best shows on this tour if not the best, by all feedback I'm seeing. I certainly was a great set list and show's you don't know what to expect. Hopefully the Florida fans wake up and fill the Citrus Bowl.

QuoteNaturalust QuoteGfmsoccer Do you realize they've done a different set list each show? . Pretty sure they always do a different set list each show. Sometimes more variation than not. peace Oh no, there have been entire tours where they did the same show every night. In those days, fans had no idea what they did in the city before.

What a great show tonight! Great set list too. Mixing it up. Do you realize they've done a different set list each show? Orlando will be interesting as there is little pre-show buzz for that One. Someone commented tonight that the Stones have outlived the energy Of their aging fans. I hope the kids that go can makeup the energy.

QuoteMongoose I keep a running list of all the songs played at the nine Stones shows I've attended, going back to '75 Tour of the Americas. Here are five tunes that I have never heard them play live. Wonder what the chances are of hearing: 1. Let It Bleed 2. Can’t You Hear Me Knocking 3. Shine a Light 4. Under My Thumb 5. Loving Cup My guess is that CYHMK has a good c

Quotetonyc Yes, I just pulled up Section 227 in the $69 section. That section is in gray on the seating chart. So, show must be about sold out if they are offering that. I hope my Lucky Dip tickets are better. Yes, what's happening is they've set up the stage now, and can release more seats that still have a decent view. Side-view is not bad as long as you can see one of the vie

Lots of $69 seats available in Atlanta right now, if anyone wants to go tomorrow. Can't really complain about ticket prices as an excuse not to go anymore.

QuoteNaturalust QuoteThe Sicilian Quoteflacnvinyl I really hope you all get something special. No fan vote.. Hopefully that is a good sign! Maybe they are starting to get some flack for cheesy setlist and running order. All they have to do is peek around here for the vibe. Once you get past all the cheerleaders and worshipers you get some real reviews and comments. I personally think they s

Mick has said it numerous times. Their fans don't want new music. They gave you 16 new songs in 2005 and you didn't buy the album and didn't want those songs in concerts despite Mick's best efforts. Of course they could do a new album, but what you really want is a reproduction of an early 70's Stones album. A roots album if you will. You don't want a new 2015

Really. Interesting. I like the Dad with his kid on his shoulders. That kid, now takes his kid to see the Stones. They were pretty ragged shows in those days. The drunk, stoned fans that filled most halls didn't really care, they were just happy they showed up at all.

QuoteChris Fountain QuoteNaturalust Nice review Josepi! Thanks for that. I have to agree that sometimes the crowd can make or break a show and it sounds like the Columbus crowd was made up of pretty good people. Ohio obviously grows more that just good corn. Great seeing the iorr ladies angee, Cindy C and TorontoGirl together and having a blast. Looking forward to some reports from them all.

While they are still great rock stars, they are also smart businessmen. They know the only way you can pull off a stadium tour theses days, is an all hits, warhorses show. Bands that do album shows (Allman Bros, etc) do them in clubs for the hardcore fans who get into that. The Stones filmed that for you in LA, which will be out in the Fall. Stadium shows are not for the deep cut, hardcore f

Do you guys pay attention? He did 3 on last years tour, mostly to give Micks voice a rest when it was failing. He did fine with that, and I assume he picks what he's going to do. He did Happy again last night, which is still great, but he likes the slow melodies too. If it's only a 20 song set, 2 is fine. I really think how Keith survives this tour will determine the future tour

Hang on Sloopy was brilliant last night. It shows they aren't just mailing it in, but are actually paying attention to where they are. Correct me if I'm wrong but we're only 2 official shows into this tour and they've already done 4 different songs for you. And completely different sets in their club shows. This is much different than some tours where they did the exact

I like how you guys all missed the set list for tonight that Keith was reading. Looks the same as San Diego. 2 song encore. One really long title in the middle? Bunch of short titles right before that. If they open with JJF again, we'll know San Diego was a great set, so I don't mind.

QuoteNikkei It's a proper stadium without a home base, still there are large seatless areas in the back. Did the promoter adjust the number of seats to the sales or is this usual? Baseball stadiums are much better for a concert,a s you're never too far away. In this stadium fans are sitting on benches a mile from the stage. They can't see anyone on it.

Isn't it interesting how there were 30 pages for San Diego at this point and only 5 for Columbus as the show begins. I don't see any tarps on sections tonight, but a lot of areas will be empty. The rain won't help that. What I noticed in San Diego (sold out) was many ticket holders never took their seats. They just hung at the bars in the stadium, or walked around for better

The fans vote for the song they know the best. That's why Paint it Black is winning. The Stones know this, so they also know what's going to win. It would be nice if they put all the songs that don't win in the pool for the next concert, until everything gets played at least once.

Look for gaps in the upcoming schedule, 4 days or more, and that's where any pop-up club gigs might appear. Either in the town they just played a stadium (San Diego), or in the upcoming town of the next stadium show. The Stones use it as a dress rehearsal. They don't need the money. Most goes to charity anyway.

Quotemnewman505 from AEG...this is great news it means we can pick up tickets/wristbands first and then go party and not have to worry about long lines... To pick-up your tickets, please go to the Lucky Dip Entrance at Ohio Stadium, located at Gate 24 on the East side of the stadium, off Turtle Park Place. Seating locations are pulled at random. The line forms starting at 2:30pm - do not

Here's the thing about this idea. Mick was very excited to promote the Bigger Bang album, but the fanbase and music business had changed so much at that point, the album didn't sell. Yes, a few thousand hardcore fans bought it, but it got no airplay on radio. No videos got played, not very many iTunes downloads. It was a lukewarm reaction to something that took them 5 years to put

I thought the Belly Up party gig sounded odd yesterday, but now it makes sense what they were doing. They dont need the money. I think most of it was going to charity anyway. They were going to rehearse yesterday anyway, before flying to Columbus. They wanted to try out some songs that they might do later this tour. That was the 1st half of the show last night. Yeah, the floor seats on edges by port-a-jons are not worth the price, unless you have to go a lot. Given the age of the crowd and the all day drinking, maybe it's good for them. You may hear Can't You Hear Me Knocking on a plastic toilet!

Funny! Mick was on horse trails in north San Diego county today. Keith was on a bus tonight down to San Diego. So they couldn't have done a sound check today anyway. No sign of Ronnie or Charlie. Go see Ronnie's art show at the Hard Rock Hotel tomorrow. It's cool stuff and he might pop in. What was all that talk about building a new stage in PA? They seem to be recycling
