I am in Amsterdam. Their first Show of 2 was yesterday. They opened with my favorite, Orion. Fantastic. Probably a first-timer that a band starts with an 8 minute instrumental track in front of 50k people. And the crowd going wild. I ordered my Munich poster (is it even legal to call them litho's?) directly from the artist. It was perfectly packed in a stabile tube ànd a square box around it. It still had a damaged corner. Well. Its framed now and the damage is not visible. Looks good.

It is never a problem at all to bring a non-pro camera without detachable lenses. The bags: thàt is the issue. Do not exceed the allowed size by even a centimeter. Too big bags have to be brought to a container just outside the venue. Getting it back after the show is horrific with massive, stagnant waiting lines.

Live in Montreux, but the sound is not very impressive The sound of this Jubilee Street at the Waldbühne is excellent: I was there at the Waldbühne. It was magic, they are indeed close to being "best live performer". And they are evolving, getting better each tour. Jubilee Street and Higgs Boson Blues evolved into fantastic, delirious, haunting experiences. Very impressive.

I think their will be a GRRR 60 or something along with a book ROLLING STONES 60. Quotewickerman Would be a great idea to issue a commemorative tour book spanning photos throughout the band’s history. Something like „50” book, even in hardcover, but obviously slightly thinner.

I prefer to see them in their office: stadiums. The huge stages, light shows and videoscreens simply fit them. I do hope that the true tongue pit returns some day. Or a lotus like 360 degree stage.
