Gosh everybody is complaining about something here: walking, water, LD, set list! Can't you just enjoy a Rolling Stones concert?? It's been 60 years. Be happy they still play so well!

Quotestones2 thanks BV .. so it's still nothing safe for Milan, they are waiting for Mick's forces ... here in Italy no news turns out .... everything is stand by .. In terms of news you need at least 6 days to get a negative rapid test after the first positive one so June 13 + 6 = today. The other matter is how one feels after fighting this stuff for one week and usually the answer

If one test positive on June 13, one needs at least 5 to 7 days to deliver a negative test. 13 + 6 = 19 = today. That is just the test point of view. Somehow how people feel will vary bur after 7 days and the right management, feeling much better is expected. But this virus impact peopl's energy for sure. It's a serious fight.

QuoteChristos Just wondering, are your tests negative now? Or are you going to the show regardless? Oh I live in Vietnam so (1) we wear mask in public places (2) i meet my kids in Milan, for sure the idea is to NOT give them Covid (3) litterature shows you are not contagious after 5 to 7 days from first symptoms (4) rapid test negative (5) i did not do pcr because they are not as relevant

I got a positive Covid test and symptoms the same day as Mick. I was able to fly to Milan, just arrived, very tired. This Covid stuff makes you extremely tired and i guess recovery until righ before the show is a must.I was training for a marathon and had to stop it all,

In Vietnam we wear mask most of the time in public places and it does not bother anyone. It is a pure sign of respect for the others that is common in Confucian societies. Last year Nashville I was one of the only one wearing but in LA1 there were much more masks in the Pit.

I flew to Nashville and LA to see the 5th version of the band with Steve Jordan and I thought he was fantastic. Just to make it clear, Stones V1 with Brian Jones, V2 with Mick Taylor, V3 with Ron Wood and V4 with Darryl Jones. On 19th Nervous Breakdown Steve Jordan is bringing back a feel of "Got live if you want it". Thanks for giving us this V5!

QuoteGasLightStreet QuoteGrichka I have wasted my time this week-end reading all the whining and absurdities after the tour postponement, on several sites and this is how I feel. # I'm an average Stones fan, 150 + concerts, first one was Brussels Affair when I was 13 years old, seen them everywhere. # I got cancelled in Poland after Keith felt of his coconut tree, in Australia after Mick

Actually that's the only Rolling Stones related philosophic /musical issue that really matters to me. Sorry if this sounds a bit snobby. Factual matters are related to statistics, historical ev

Quotejlowe The Stones have never been just about music. ........... If you are looking for something else...maybe the Mark Knofler fan site....or delve into classical or jazz music.Or just focus on Mr C Watts. Yes I exactly said that they are not just about music, loud and clear in my message. I also listen to classical or Jazz, what's wrong with that? Or with Charlie?

Quoteswimtothemoon ..... The refusal for pit entry because the ticket said “No filter Pit” was unbelievable - but I witnessed it! Unfortunately it all comes down to the whim of the particular security guard (if you ask three security guards a question - you will get three different answers). Thinkimg positive: the last show will go smooth and security will lighten up. Give authority to pe

To avoid the gigantic traffic jam in front of gate 33, what i did Sunday was to use the vip RED entrance on the right (around gate 35) arguing with security that PIT was impossible to reach otherwise. Worth a try if you are stuck.

Report from the war zone on sunday. There are good news and bad news :-) 1- Wristband issue for PIT is solved as they deliver it just after scanning tickets. And they knew they had problems because the lady told me "sorry for the mess of thursday" 2- The mess is now outside for those owner of PIT access. There was no way to approach the PIT entrance at gate 33, totally blocked by

This situation is a complete shame and from my experience I'm sure that some people gave up and ended up not getting pit access while they paid for it. So unbelievably unfair while normally the people in the pit are hard core fans. No fans - No Stones. I sincerely hope this thread is read by some people who will be able to make things smoother, much smoother for tomorrow and Wednesday.

Gosh, it took us a good hour to get the wristband for entering the No Filter Pit..... Why? Because the staff delivering the wristband against the ticket had understood that if the ticket bears the mention "NO FILTER PIT" it meant NO access to the PIT!!!!!! They wanted to see "FILTER PIT"!!! And our tickets were worst because they were just mentioning VIP1 package so thes

Quotekahoosier Well BV has tried to explain why some of us do what we do. Let me say a few extra things. I saw 32 songs performed this tour, so while this band is not as unpredictable as the Dead were, they are a lot less locked in then many people assume after glancing at a set list or two. Moreover, having been to a few Dead shows in the day, comparing the performances of these two bands is wor

QuoteTravelinMan Quote24FPS Mick Taylor's solo on SFTD? I thought it was Keith. And wasn't part of Ya Yas from Baltimore? Richards plays one and then Taylor plays a longer one. The first part of the solo, the very best one if you ask me, is played by Keith. Then comes MT with a more technical approach.
