You have always had to pay for the Google releases. Once you've paid for them (one time) you can do anything you like with the files including burn them to cd. It's actually a lot easier than trying to burn something from itunes.

I was able to purchase this for 4.99. I searched for Rolling Stones and found the album listed with the other live albums on google play at 4.99. If I clicked on the title, the price was 9.49, however, if I clicked on 4.99 listed in a row with the rest of the titles, it was 4.99. Google Play

San Jose 1999 here as well. I drove almost 400 miles to see it and didn't realize it was postponed till we were already there. Got to see the rescheduled show though....and it was supposedly filmed! Where's the dvd?!!
