thats what I read in the press last month and I cannot imagine the stones as a part of this: the opening ceremony in berlin on july 8 will be directed by andre heller - an austrian artist. he engaged peter gabriel and brain eno for the music. stage design for the event is by mark fisher. the show (with a lot of dancing and things like that) will start at 22.00 and ends about 90 minutes later.

Didn’t expect songs with quality and substance of their great songwriting days. But RJ is a good rocker. Fun, like an AC/DC song (the beginning of RJ sounds like AC/DC to me.). SOL is terrible. But RJ gives hope to me for a great album.

She gave a concert in Munich last saturday and was singing great, but moved very slowly and carefully. But it seems she was in a very good mood -- and also smoked two or three cigarettes on the stage. Two songs from the setlist were As Tears Go By and Sister Morphine. - But I think the concert i saw last year in Berlin was much better - also better audience and better venue.

People had the chance to see the Press Conference live. A new record is coming. Some new ideas for the tour. Tickets prices still high, as for every big act today, but also „cheap“ tickets will available. A good presale system. They will travel to many countries around the world. Amazing, these "old" men.

Europe concerts - except England maybe - are always cheaper, I think. Do you really want a SEAT - hot or not - for 4oo dollars? I prefer standing FOS tickets. And they will be much cheaper (I hope). And the presale-system is very good, I think, if it works like they said. I'm sure we can use our membership also on the european leg. But its all about money, of course.the prices are absurd.

…but this could be a good sign for people who already joined - if they don't accept people as new members for a while. They could make a list of old members and give them a chance for good tickets - earlier access or something. I doubt it, but I hope so. I'm not sure, but I think McCartney made it that way.
