I never bought this album, but I really like the 1975 German reissue cover a lot. At the time you didn't see these Sticky Fingers photo sessions outtakes that much :

Quotetomk My original post meant why no other members of the Stones weren't mentioned or pictured. No Bill, no Charlie, no Ron. I think it's their only major release where there's no mention or picture of the other members besides Mick and Keith. The inner gatefold of the lp cover had Charlie, Mick T and Bill's photos.

Quotethkbeercan In the 1990's The Disney Channel (of all places!)broadcast a show featuring the Stones performances on Ready, Steady Go! I taped it. It was not even 30 minutes long, but featured the Dave Clark logo at the end. Many of the performances were live vocals to playback, some were live. I remember that. They showed a few clips that weren't on the three "Ready Steady G

Quotetreaclefingers Quotehypnohighball Well, I'm sure the Stones hated that Spain jettisoned one of their original songs for a live Chuck Berry cover and were all too happy to get it back on the album as intended. Plus they released the track on Rarities and the whole Leeds concert on the Super Deluxe SF now. Actually I'm more surprised they are re-releasing this cover at all - they

Quotesweet neo con were the only special issues....the Best Buy Cd Single with Tshirt and Target Deluxe 2 disk SF plus vinyl Album? just wondering. thanks In the UK HMV had a t-shirt like the Best Buy one but no cd single. Best Buy had the Deluxe box with a code for the 7" single to be mailed to you at no extra cost. That's all I know of except the wacky Japanese stuff.

Quotekowalski Quotehypnohighball I see the version of the New York Mix is edited by about a minute on the "Rarities" cd. Also, has the "London Mix" turned up on cd anywhere besides the Singles Boxed Set? The NY mix was reissued on Rarities (edited) and Singles 1971-2006 (complete). The London Mix was reissued on Collector's Edition (1990 compilation) and on Singles 1

Quotetauk Stylishly posed, Mick & Keith lying parallel. Obviously it is from some type of magazine, judging by the headlines writing that is superimposed over this photo. Anyone know anything about where this was published? Or the year? I've hardly ever seen Keith's hair this long. That's an original Hit Parader magazine from the USA. I actually have a copy of t

Quotelatebloomer They are closing most of the Best Buy stores around where I live. I'm going to try to make it over to the one store that's still within easy driving distance. It sounds like a cool little package, but there's no way an XL will fit me or anyone else in my house, unless it shrinks. Washing it in hot water will help shrink it a bit.

They are all X-Large this time. That seems to be the trend with these Best Buy boxes, all one size for each release. The last box BB put out was The Who - "50 Years" comp and the t-shirts were all larges in that one.

Not too crazy about the song choices on the single - but that shirt is badass. >< I picked up a box today - my BB didn't get but 3 of them in, and the next closest got 2. Just sayin'.......

Eagle Rock will be putting out the entire Marquee show on dvd later this year. They did the same thing with the Some Girls and Exile boxes - gave us a teaser on the dvd that came with the boxed set and then the whole show was released separately on dvd by Eagle Rock. Be patient....
