there is no name on the ticket. But the buyer of LD has to show a photo ID to be able to pick up the tickets (and the name on the ID has to match the buyer's name, of course)

Sometimes, writing a letter to the box office, saying "I'm arriving late, can my friend pick up my tickets"? (or something to that effect) has worked.

Lucky Dips cannot really be transferred (as in transferring them over to another TM/Eventim account) but people have sometimes had luck in having another person pick the tickets up.

However there are no guarantees.
