For the Paris LD's I purchased I received printout vouchers from TM France with the show info and my info on the voucher for pickup at the LD box office on the day.

I sent the person who purchased my tickets the vouchers along with a copy of my ID and credit card I used for purchase from TM.

The LD pickups have varied from venue to venue on every tour.
Last 2 USA tours I was able to pickup LD's with just a name and no ID or credit card required at most of the venues.
Some just asked for my ID or the ID of the person who purchased.
Never had an issue.

So technically you cant transfer the name with Ticketmaster, just need a copy of the ID that purchased the tickets.
