Hi,

I need some advice regarding the TM sales for NJ 1+2.

Flight and Hotel booked, but I have a hard time scoring the
(pit) tickets. I hate official platinum shit, but right now the
prices go down and are more and more reasonable.

The 00002 error code seems to be a mystery. It comes up when I try
to get the pit tickets, some other tickets are without the error code.

If there´s no error code, the "use other device" window is coming.
Sometimes I get into the process of the normal deal (will call,
address etc.). But those tickets I don´t want.

I´m trying from Germany on a regular PC, Mozilla browser.

Any help/advice is highly recommended.

Have you tried Cashortrade sight yet? For fans and only let tickets be sold for what they paid for.

I've seen a bunch of Stones tickets on there and pretty sure I saw some for NJ Pit, maybe still there.

Ich hatte auch das Problem. Was mir geholfen hat: Googlechrome als browser - kann man sich problemlos runterladen. Alle Cookies löschen, bevor du in Ticketmaster reingehst. Dann sollte es gehen!

wieder deinstallieren können? Das Ding ist ja vom Teufel,

Tja, ich habs noch nicht versucht, weil ich auch noch was über Ticketmaster kaufen muss. Aber mir ist nicht bekannt, dass man es nicht deinstallieren könnte. Sonst versuch mal, cookies bei deinem Browser zu löschen und dann noch mal zu probieren. Keine Ahnung, warum das so kompliziert ist... Auf jeden Fall hatte ich seit dem keine Probleme mehr.

What I found out:

Platinum Pit gets the "error code 0002".
Platinum Seats anywhere don´t, I could get them.
Putting 1 Platinum PIT and 1 Platinum seat anywhere
into the basket - that works.
--> How can I remove the seat and just keep the PIT...?

I contacted TM, but they said things like: There are
no more trickets for NJ1...!!?? So they are not really helpful.

Today was the day...to score NJ1 PIT standard tickets...
but that @#$%& 0002 error code came up again.

Maybe I´ll have to listen from outside.
