I have two Pit R tickets now in hand for the show that I bought for my family but who made alternate plans during the postponement. I'm still going so can meet the buyers or send them via UPS/priority post as soon as I receive your funds. All I'm asking is what I paid: $599 plus $50 service charges per ticket. If you bought direct from TM, contact them and ask for a refund. They will refund tickets even though the refund button is not there.

I contacted TM and they said they have to go to the promoter for permission to refund less than the full order. But they are doing it and promised an answer within 48 hrs. Thanks for the tip!

That seems ridiculous - it is entirely reasonable that only some of your party can no longer attend because of the postponement.

Are R pits still for sale on TM? If they say no, I would just refund the entire order and rebuy (I did this - I refunded my L pit and rebought a R pit).

So Ticketmaster finally got back to me, sort of, after repeated attempts to find out the answer. The official reply is "no refund as the deadline for refunds has passed" I said I didn't know there was a deadline but there was no response.

So the two Pit R tickets are still for sale, now at less than cost - $400 US or $550 Canadian. I have them in hand and will either UPS them or meet in person somewhere in Toronto or at the gate. After I receive the funds I could also use the "transfer" function on TM and send them to you directly so you know they are real.
