I have a spare pair of LDs for Chicago #1. I would trade that for a Lucky Dip ticket for Chicago #2.

This was Ticketmaster's reply to my friend:
"Thanks for reaching out! We are very sorry to hear you cannot attend the event. We can add someone else's name to the order so they can pick them up at the concert with their ID, the order number, and a photo of the credit card showing the last 4 numbers of the card. Please reply with their full name."
