Yes, but if the LD tickets can be transfered, then my friends won't need to buy another pair (they've got them from a friend who changed his plans after the postponement and won't be in NJ to collect them).

I already told them to contact TM, but on any case I'll leave this thread open in case there's some trouble transfering the tickets. Thanks for the help, schwonek!

This was Ticketmaster's reply to my friend:

"Thanks for reaching out! We are very sorry to hear you cannot attend the event. We can add someone else's name to the order so they can pick them up at the concert with their ID, the order number, and a photo of the credit card showing the last 4 numbers of the card. Please reply with their full name."
