Is that a problem? I have never Lucky dipped before...

If you can't attend the show it might be a problem, yes! Every local promoter handles it different. At some concerts (Spielberg) it wasn't a problem.

you can phone the local promoter and ask if somebody else could collect the tickets with an authorization and a copy of your passport/credit card. That's the only chance for you. If they allow it I would take your tickets for Face Value.
