I saw him yesterday at the Albert Hall. Fantastic musician no doubt, but the show was so spectacularly boring that I couldn't stand any more of it after about 40 minutes, and walked out. I recall walking out of one of his performances at the Shepherds Bush Empire many years ago too.

There WON'T be a third time Jeff, seems as if you're just not really cut out to perform to a public ............. or maybe it's just me ?? Whatever !

I was HOPING to, but as I say ......... I lasted 45 minutes and then simply couldn't take any more of it. I don't think I've ever tried so hard to really get into the artist and what they were doing, but it simply defeated me. The man's talent is truly overwhelming, but it just doesn't translate to a great concert experience. I won't be seeing Jeff Beck again, that's a certainty.

Only songs that were actually sung came from a lovely girl whose name I didn't catch, but she was good.
I love a Jeff Beck gig,and this one was pretty damn good.
It would be a shame if we all liked the same things.
Hopefully most of us on IORR like The Rolling Stones, although you wouldn't think so at times.
