HI!
Though I,ve already got those recordings, I can just highly recommend a download - it,s really hot stuff . I still wonder why Mick dos,nt quit the stones, and start a new band, with REAL good musicians as he uses on his concerts (instead of esp. one idiot who,s totaly tonedeaf and swinging his cigaret in the air 90% of the time - guees who I mean?) I,ve allways meant, that Keith was THE stones, but after seen 5 of Micks DVD,s and heard more concerts on cd, I,ve changed my mind. Mick,s really now how to rokc!!!
DOWNLOAD THIS - you will be amazed!
Sorry to be harsh - we all love the stones (without Mr. Wood)thumbs up

"Mr. Ronnie Wood got a nice hairtcut" (so my sister says)

A good point, Hedegaard.
But why does Mick play only 5 of his own songs in this concert as he has released 2 full albums so far?
The Stones are the Stones. The songs doesn' t sound as a real Stones song with the great guitarist he has on this tour. It really depends on the one 'tonedeaf, swinging his cigaret' guitarist Keith Richards.
He makes the difference thumbs up

HI again Rolling On - I forgot to make an answer:
Mick is only playing few of his own songs, because the Mick/Keith comp. are the best - no doubt about that.B.t.w: have you noticed how many songs Stones are playing , and have played, esp. since 1989 from the Mick Taylor area ? Why -
mayby because Mr. Wood has,nt much to offer (MY OPINION).
Just for the record - Mick has released 3 albums - they aint that great I agree.
Just this to close the never-ending discussion - ( or not?!)
Have a nice day (Charlie is good too!)

Mmm well, Ronnie's cigarette swinging is one of the things that makes the Stones so great. Jagger solo is also nice but the Stones material sounds a bit to 'slick' when played by the likes of Satriani and Phillips.

Hey Britney!

Just an ABSOLUTE last comment to this: I suppose that Mr. Wood was hired to play guitar , not as a clown!! I love rock,n,roll - not clowns!

Have a nice weekend

Mick has released more than three albums(unless you were just talking about at the time this concert)?

Anybody here who can upload the two songs with Tina Turner to wt here please? Saw the vids in the web. It's not the Stones at all, but I do like to see Mick and Tina having fun on stage.

Mick did not give her a verse just had her singing backgrounds. What a shame. He knew why - she would have overshadowed him. That's not what I call a duet.

However, it was a sight to see and I'd like to add those two songs to my library.
