11. Tapers Notes
Recorded the fantastic show from the awesome taping position. All we’ve gotta to do is point the mics toward the blasting speaker stacks with no worries. We ran three different set of microphones to capture the best sound at this show, namely MK4s along with Nbox+ as the main rig, DPA4061 powered by Church Pre and DSM-6S/L powered by SP Pre as the back-up rig.
As requested numerous times to share the whole recordings by this person who got us once-in-a-life-time amazing tickets for the face values, we finally share literarily the whole MK4 recording here from the moment when Nbox + was turned on to the last minutes when turned off. Here is everything for you.
Please do not attempt to remaster this recordings. Unless you have the original files to work with, whatever you call what you are currently working on the flac files you obtained here and there is far from the truly remastered works done from the originals. Especially when the original recordings are remastered this much, it is practically impossible to tweak redone the high and low frequencies without totally losing the balance of the dynamic range.

Interview with Mick Jagger About Mick Taylor Leaving The Stones
From Doris Death’s Master Cassette
The only bootleg release I’m aware of that has used Doris’s recording is The Rolling Stones “Winter Tour 73” a 2CD set on Idol Mind Productions IMP -CD 106-17, taken from an unknown high generation cassette.
This DIME torrent of course will be superior to that.
I’ll probably hold back my recording of this gig for its 50th anniversary next year.
