It's been a while since I haven't posted anything.
Today I'm very happy to present a great recording made by my dear friend Matt who asked me to post it on Dime. So here is a brand uncirculated tape by this mysterious band which after nearly 60 years still hasn't gathered no moss…

Recorded in Buffalo on the last step of their TOTA in '75.
On the WTF label.

The two previous posts very quite successful!
GLIM 01 was Mick Jagger with Jeff Beck in 87
GLIM 02 was Rod & Ron in pretty soaked up mood, jamming ad "singing"…
Both tapes courtesy by Matt ROSNEY aka GLIMMERMAN.

So here we have:
GLIM 03 The Rolling Stones "SummerFest At The Stadium" Buffalo Rich Stadium 1975/08/08.

Different tape than the Morganfield/VGP/Captain Acid version (Hi Captain!).
And a what a GREAT capture!
Here are his comments:
"For what it's worth, I'll send the Buffalo 1975 tape I just worked on. It's better than most due to a tarp over the stage which torpedoed the sound into my cassette deck 10 yards away. Amazing drum sound for a stadium recording."

Yeah this one is wonderful but Bonham was sick in San Diego and it "shows".

Bonham was like Keef : if he was in subpar form the gig would be subpar, no matter how hard the other band members would try.
