can somebody please help out or any advice would be great thanks!

as i try the extraction this is what it reads :


A. You need to start Extraction from previous volume to unpack shine a light Documentary Avi.


B. The required Volume is Absent.


has anybody out there also come across these?


any info would be great thanks.

That means you need all the files to unrar, that's all!

Hi Suzie,

You need to download a program called WinRAR from www.winrar.com. A RAR file is basically a holder for many other files - think of it as a box with a load of toys in!

strange that's what i done } i downloaded Winrar exactly like you wrote but i'm not sure if it was of this site www.winrar.com.

although i've used this program alot i only sometimes get this volume problem now and then .

i have too look more into it

i've downloaded the lastest Winrar

while trying to extract the file

the message read like this :

The Required volume is Absent

The file is Corrupt



why is this happening it's driving me crazy !

i'm sure some kind soul out there knows more please help

1) Do you have all 4 parts downloaded?
2) It should tell you which of the 4 parts is corrupts.

Download this part again in case it was a glitch. There's been over 100 downloads so far and no one else has had the problem.

As i previous said, you need all the 4 files, then you just click on part1 (winRAR stick for you all the parts) and you will be able to extract the video from part1, try it! If you try to get the video from one or two files you will get nothing, remember, download all the files!!

but 1 thing i downloaded the 4 parts in the 1 folder ,
i think the 4 files show the same 20 mins video
is that normal or should each part show a different video or part ?

no big deal just wanna make sure all is ok !

Yes, when you have all the 4 files in the same folder you can open the video from any part because WinRAR stick for you all the files, so that is 100 % ok!!
