Request: "Monitor Mixes" from Steel Wheels

On Monday this weak, I bought Monitor Mixes for 15€...about 10 hours later, the CD was damaged because of a little accident. I was angry, very angry. And sad.
I would be a sort of satisfaction, if I can download the content. Just the music, at least the booklet and the CD-case is still alive.
