Re Jmarko's question...what is a more user friendly format? The exe file is a self-extracting zip file. Click on it and it should open up with all of the files ready to go. If this ain't happening for you when you click on the file, let me know, and I'll try to determine why it isn't happening. As for the files themselves, Nero StartSmart will enable you to join the files without any gaps when you burn them to a disk. Just click the "no pause" between songs box before you go to burn. I think Windows Media Player also allows you to do this. Hope this helps.
