I havn't listened to all of them yet, but there is a slightly longer solo in Dangerous Beauty and there is extra ad lib at the end that was cut out

...true...outtakes is not what it is...it's more like the steelwheels monitormixes...more unedited and a slightly 'rougher' feel...
Just 'mixes' doesn't sounds right to me...as if it were like remixes...

abiggerbangearlymixes (reel1...???...lol) ...???

...i'm open to sugestions but 'early mixes'...sounds right...

The Steel Wheels Monitor Mixes have two outtakes included and are different enough to be called outtakes, I believe.

Yup, a big thank you to all those who got this out to us, I bet sir Michael isn't going to be happy.

Call it what you will ruby, I suspect this won't be the only cover to come out.

"A Little Bang" ?

Biggest differences I heard so far: a longer "Dont Wanna Go Home", "Biggest Mistake" with a richer acoustic guitar sound, "It Wont Take Long" and "Dangerous Beauty" w/extra ad-libs and guitar riffs. The others I haven't been able to spot any discernable differences yet.

Yeah, I remember reading on either this board or some other Stones board that Mick was reportedly not happy about the Voodoo boxsets.

...biggerbangmixes...I don't know if those 'mixes' are early mixes...I believe too that outtakes qualify diffrently...
anyway...after second thought...mixes sounds pretty cool and it sounds right...

So, there you go..substantial edits in several of the songs ranging from a whopping minute extra of 'Don't Wanna Go Home', 47 seconds from 'Biggest Mistake, 37 seconds from 'Under the radar', 33 seconds from 'Driving Too Fast', 27 seconds from 'Dangerous Beauty', 18 seconds from 'It Wont take long', 10 from 'she saw me coming' down to a couple of seconds (or less) from some others

If there's a second differencen in the time between each of the mixes and the official release , its probably not an edit at all. And the various mixes of each song are basically the same length as each other too.

I'd be interested if anyone can tell of any significant differences they can find between each of the mixes of the songs which appear more than once.

I'm not surprised, if the story is true that it was the step-son of one of his fellow band members who sold the tapes...
