I saw this one for sale (even though it might have been the US version) in a record store in Graz, Austria, a few years ago. It stood alongside with all the other LPs. It costed 2500 euro.

Main differerences, visually, are that the US label and cover have London Logo, in Stereo. UK version, has Decca label and Logo, and is in Mono. UK version also comes with a Decca Catalogue, and a letter explaining the differences between the US and UK versions. REALLY a rare record.
