The project is to celebrate Ron Wood’s 79th birthday on June 1 and (a little belatedly) Bob Dylan’ 85th
birthday (which was on May 24).

The concert was held in aid of The Prince's Trust.
Line-up: Bob Dylan (voc, gtr, harm)/RW (gtr)(except for tracks 05 & 06)/Al Kooper (keyb)/Bucky Baxter (gtr, pedal steel, bvoc)/John Jackson (gtr, bvoc)/Tony Garnier (bass)/Winston Watson (dr)

Note: The whole show was telerecorded and aired in parts in various countries, e.g. on HBO (US; 5 songs) on July 14 and on Premiere (Germany; 3 songs).
