The reason is unknown. Most probably 'a human factor.'

On every physical releases there is a missing "Hot" at 2'50 or so, it does not appear on the digital platforms versions !

Good question, but I'm rather positive that I Love Ladies is the correct title and only the Japanese editions (maybe fabricated later?) got it right.
- In 1976 interviews (e.g. with US Rolling Stone magazine) Mick already namedropped the title as I Love Ladies.
- In their social media campaigns before the album release they titled it I Love Ladies.
- And when they released the video for it they also officially titled it I Love Ladies.
- Also Mick sings "I love the ladies" and describes them all (the title I Love A Lady wouldn't make sense...).
And the sloppy credits on the cover and label artwork continue with missing composer credits for the 6 new tracks...(I wonder who gets the royalties for the 4 non-coverversions - all solely for Jagger/Richards again?).

At least that sounds promisingQuote

You've been lucky to get an answer, I wrote them more than one month ago and I'm still waiting for an answer...let's wait a bit moreQuote
