filefactory is painfully slow and bombs out

I've been trying to download DVD MfG 63 1990.06.00 Barcelona:

Part 1 - [www.filefactory.com]
Part 2 - [www.filefactory.com]

Part 1 is just under 2 gigs. When I get to about 1.1 or 1.2, it slows and dies. Instead of resuming where it bombed out, it starts again from zero! This has happened to me two, maybe three times. eye rolling smiley

And that's after enduring all-day downloading, many hours for nothing. sad smiley

Can anybody please post these two files on WeT instead and post links in reply?

Same with my free account. I tried to download Minneapolis 2015 DVD and it's very slow

Yes, I admit I'm a free version "customer". My internet speed is just fine. It's just that, as Diego confirms, the free version is very slow.

I can deal with a 2 gig download that might take all day and into the evening, but dropping out after about 60% or so and starting back at zero - that's something else.

Simply put, I won't bother with filefactory sources any more, and I'll search for other platforms. I often wonder about the transformation that stonesvault would get if everything came under a faser platform like WeT.

Try using to download with 'JDownloader2' ( [jdownloader.org] ).

This program can resume broken downloads and if the speed is too low like it is with filefactory, I just let it work all day and all night.

When I see something is available on Filefactory I just scroll on...uselessly slow and not worth paying for. WT only please...

If you have a premium/paid for FF account the only downside are missing files that won't download/unavailable, speed is fine. So you pay for what you get.

As for WT people need to start reading up on their T&Cs, uploads are restricted to 3 days for a free user and you can only do so many in a set time period. So even WT has lost its lustre and becoming unusable.

For people who only ever leech/download be grateful to those who pay for an account (whatever that cloud service service is) and spend their precious time uploading and don't bitch about what cloud service is used to feed them.

File Factory sucks, not the people kind enough to share files. You yourself called WT "unusable." What, you aren't grateful? SMH.

I have a premium FF account, I use WT rarely now since their new restrictions. So i don't upload much as I used to.

I have a paid file factory account. Files download at 15MBs…Great speed. 1GB in under a minute. WT works great too

Try this...very fast, you can download up to 5 files a day, 1.2GB maximum size. I use it all the time.

Bingo. I personally pay to use hightail for my cloud storage. I can distribute links and no one has any speed or other download issues. The reason I use hightail is I get unlimited storage and have in excess of 10TB. That is the most important stuff
