A thousand pardons. A botched FLAC transfer left me with a 3 minute version of this track when I uploaded. The track is really 9 minutes long, so please enjoy.

Based upon the sax, I would identify the song as a jam of Cleo's Mood by Junior Walker:

A quick Google search shows the sax player, Joe Sublett according to Honestman's info, has covered Cleo's Mood on the album Texacali Horns.

Thanks Smokey, great find/pobservation.
Basing on this and MJ's improvised lyrics I wonder how much of Watermelon Man is really in this track, what in my opinion is basically a jam with a proper (Cleo's Mood) start.
