PART I: 15th March - 28th March: MICK JAGGER.
Spring Tour Of Japan.

This series is dedicated to Mick Jagger's first solo tour of Japan in 1988.

Thanks to those who recorded and shared their recordings.
Nzb contributes his recordings and knowledge, and BlueTurns2Grey will create a
companion volume by compiling the best available video footage and synchronizing it with the audio files that I have reworked.

22nd March 1988: MICK JAGGER. Tokyo, Japan, Tokyo Dome

For this show different versions circulate.
Some are audience:
- The Rings Of Fire (ROTH 23/24) which is lossy
- The Chris Tresper Productions ‘Far East – Vol 03’ has one channel often altered or absent.
- ‘Eat The Big Egg’ from The Idol Mind (IMP – N- 012) wich is brickwalled.
- ‘2 Nights In Dome’ (no label) published together with the 2nd Tokyo show.

This show was filmed by Japanese TV and 12 songs circulated (together with 2 songs from the 23 March show) in TV/soundboard quality.
- This soundboard can be found on the 3rd CD from ‘Eat The Big Egg’ from The Idol Mind (IMP – N- 012) but the sound is here also brickwalled.
- It’s also in the video ‘From Osaka to Tokyo’by Jointrip (JTDV-009) and in another video.

Here you’ll find the audience version coming from ‘2 Nights In Dome’ (no label) that I prefer, from the brickwalled Idol Mind version.
As usual it’s now declicked, slightly amplified, sound is refocused and phased.
