Filmed at the Brendan Byrne Arena in East Rutherford, New Jersey on 5–6 November 1981 and at Sun Devil Stadium in Tempe, Arizona on 13 December 1981.
The film was released as Rocks Off in Germany in 1982 with slightly different footage and an additional song, "When the Whip Comes Down" performed at Sun Devil Stadium.

Has anyone tried taking the task of re-editing this with correct audio speed and non botched songs? Full hd and 16:9.

Could it be done in theory? Are there perfect sounding soundboards of the songs available?

I have attempted to do this but didnt locate correct audio

Why upload things you didn't make yourself?
It's very rude and annoying when other people just upload my stuff to random websites (here, Filefactory) after a week without asking first.
I do upload my stuff myself and I really enjoy sharing it, but I do it where I want and I do it myself. I uploaded this DVD to Filefactory and Swisstransfer and also sent the corresponding links to the people who contacted me.
Everyone on IORR had the opportunity to request the corresponding links via email.
So there is/was no reason for this DVD to be/was uploaded by someone else.
Since I uploaded this DVD to EL, I assume that the unknown "uploader on Filefactory" downloaded this DVD here/there, but may also be active on IORR. I am well aware that I cannot prevent what I have uploaded from being uploaded online.
But this really doesn't have to be the case (within a fanbase). And anyone who simply uploads other people's stuff online should be aware that this will prevent many others from accessing further recordings of mine, in this case Rolling Stones recordings. The only possible consequence, as many others have done before me, is that I won't upload anything anymore.
And that's absolutely not what I want. I love sharing my stuff, but I'm also not a shop where you can just take anything and distribute it.
