Question: San Diego 1969

I found this album:

[intmusic.net]

I'm familiar with this concert, but a website said it would be recorded and broadcast as a special program on an FM station in Los Angeles. Is this true?

I have it as silvers. I assume, the covers are wrong: it's the Oakland 2nd show.
On the web site, it's incomplete because it's a 2 cds product (the 2nd CD is the 26 July MSG show)
Here the back cover (also with wrong infos)

No, it is not true. It's not a broadcast. These unauthorized labels make broadcasts out of every older recording because there are some strange gaps in the copyright, and so they think they can release them legally. It's all a rip-off and nothing else than the well known bootleg recordings.

It's Oakland not San Diego!

As noted on the Nico zentgraf site:

it was partially broadcasted:
721029A 29th October: US radio (KSAN), Oakland.
Bill Graham plays a soundboard tape recorded in Oakland, 9.11.69, 2nd show.
- Sympathy For The Devil (MJ/KR)
- Stray Cat Blues (MJ/KR)
- Prodigal Son (Rev. Robert Wilkins)
- You Gotta Move (Fred McDowell/Rev. Gary Davis)
- Love In Vain (Robert Johnson)
- Live With Me (MJ/KR)
- Gimme Shelter (MJ/KR)
- Little Queenie (Chuck Berry)
- Satisfaction (MJ/KR)

It is Oakland 2nd show, but not the partial broadcast, it's the classic audience recording. The radio announcer at the end is the KSAN speaker from the Gimme Shelter movie which has nothing to do with this show.
