POST: Mick Taylor & Mayall's BB (1967-69) Vol 10 – 22 May 1969 BREMEN (from recent broadcast)

Mick Taylor before the Stones with
JOHN MAYALL’S BLUESBREAKERS
(1967-1969)
This series is dedicated to the late great John Mayall (29/10/1933 Macclesfield, Cheshire, England – 22/07/2024 Los Angeles, CA) who can be considered as one of the pillars of the UK blues as a musician, author and talent scout. In this series we present recordings from Mick Taylor's first two years with him, before he left for the Rolling Stones (although he later returned a couple of times to John Mayall's Bluesbreakers, notably in 1982-1984 and in 2004)!
Thanks to those who recorded and shared their recordings, to nzb for his irreplaceable help, to BT2G for inspiration and his help for declicking the bonus tracks.
Reviews of many Mick Taylor concerts can be found at GimmeMT.com.

Volume 10:

22nd May 1969: Bremen, West-Germany, Die Glocke
Line-up: MT (gtr)/John Mayall (voc, harm, keyb, gtr)/Steven Thompson (bass)/Colin Allen (dr)

For this concert we had offered only 2 titles in volume 08 because the rest of the tracks had been officially released.
On December 28, 2024, the German radio ‘Bremen Zwei’ rebroadcast this concert.
A few weeks ago, I forwarded on IORR the recording published by ‘unclewolfi’ on Dimeadozen: [iorr.org]
This new version presents the setlist in the correct order and without cuts. It also shows us that the long version of ‘Goin’ Down The Road’ (which we used for Vol 08) has been tampered with and that it has been enhanced by 2 loops: a first repetition from 1’ to 1’20 and another from 4’28 to 6’ 12!
To complete the series, we decided to post this new and now reworked version (slowed down by -2% to be in sync with the official version) but also, declicked and phased.
01 - Got A Pretty Baby
02 - Checkin’ Up On My Baby
A little noise deleted in the banter
03 - All My Life
04 - Parchman Farm
A little noise deleted in the banter
05 - The Time Has Come
06 - 2401
A little noise deleted in the banter
07 - Goin' Down The Road & band introduction

Bonus

Because space remains and I liked them, I decided to add the merges I did with the 2 tracks that did not appear on the official release. I hope others will appreciate them.
08 - All My Life (merged)
09 - Goin' Down The Road (merged)
