Hi folks, I have got from a 1984 bootleg bible publication the existence of 4 EPs, never pictured, and never seen so far. Actually not sure if they exist, I would appreciate any owner to show pictures or add info. These are:
Thank Your Lucky Stars - USA 1975 tracklisting: Around And Around / Little Red Rooster // Off The Hook / Empty Heart recording info: ATV show, 04/12/64
Nanker Phelge's Drag Boys - supposedly USA 1978 - 7" colored vinyl tracklisting; In Another Land / The Lantern / Shades Of Oranges // In Another Land / Sing This All Together coloured vinyl w/ two different versions of 'In Another Land'
Sunday Night At The London Palladium - USA 1978 tracklisting: Let's Spend The Night Together / Ruby Tuesday // It's All Over Now / Connection live 22/01/67
The TAMI Show - USA 1975 - 7" neutral sleeve tracklisting: Around And Around / Off The Hook / Time Is On My Side // It's All Over Now / I'm Alright / Closing Jam recording info: Teenage Awards Music International TV Show, 28 & 29/10/64
Quote wiredallnight 1, 3, and 4 are obviously Roy Carr inventions from his book "An Illustrated Record".
at least not the "3" (1978) because the book is from 1976 +++++++++ in fact I consulted the book and found nothing in the bootlegs section with the same dates and characteristics indicated.

Thank your lucky stars should contain only playbacks. The title of the program was: Lucky stars special, recorded Nov. 19 and the date of the boadcast was not 4 but December 5 1964 (all according to Nico Zentgraf).
It is as wiredallnight already said, 3 titles are inventions from Roy Carr that he introduced in his 1976(?) LP sized book "An Illustrated Record", the pages already kindly posted by wiredallnight. Nanker Phelge Drag Boys is another invention.
What bootleg bible is it, that reproduced these errors in 1984?
The Roy Carr book also has an invented blue sleeve for the @#$%& Blues 7" that was later used for the early 80s German pressing.

I understand these listings could be Roy Carr's inventions, but why would he have invented such EPs? Another 'ghost' one from his book is a 6-track 7" EP 'Live in Paris' (1966 recordings) which I have never seen neither...
When I first joined this community I asked about some bootlegs which were mentioned in Roy’s book but had never seen mentioned elsewhere and was told that he may have ‘invented’ some of them, for whatever reason. He’s not here to ask about it, of course, but some of his contemporaries are and maybe they could throw some light on Roy’s sense of humour and if he would have invented these items out of mischief..or if they really exist! Thinking of Charlie Murray, Nick Kent, Chris Welch, etc, are they members here?
