From Muscle Shoals 12/3/69. They took a short break while Keith and Mick played around with the arrangement, but only made a couple of small changes. This was the next take after the break. There are two sources for the recordings at Muscle Shoals. Stanley Booth, using a portable tape recorder, made recordings all three nights. The Maysles were only there the final night, but were not allowed to film the actual recording or overdubbing of the songs; just the playback after. Stanley was allowed to record while the Stones were actually recording, not just the playbacks.

Has the accuracy of these facts ever been verified?
I've read hundreds of books on the Stones and spent 20+ years on this and other boards, and I've never heard or read anything that supports what Starcjewski writes.
