I would like to buy at [billwyman.com] but they won't shipping to Germany.
If someone will help me out woulld be great.

Maybe a Proxy Shipping Service (or Parcel Forwarding Company) from UK could help as well. Or a UK-Shop which is located in Germany.

"Unfortunately we cannot ship to Germany at the moment. This is due to their new rules about registering every piece of packaging we send into the country."
