I'm tidying up my bootlegs and came across 2 B-52's that just traded by cd-rs many years ago. You may think there is not much to do with the Stones… but there is! it's also very good for morale... and something tells me we're going to need it in 2023

Thanks for the upload. I agree, we may very well need something fun and uplifting to listen to...often...in 2023.

I only saw the B-52s once, opening for The Who in 1982 in Orlando, in a rowdy, super drunk, violent crowd. First time and only time I have left a show a little early over worries about a crowd. Fights breaking out everywhere. The B-52s did not get very far into their set when Fred Schneider got hit with some object they looked like it cut him and they were gone, which sucked as they were sounding great.

I saw them several times that year - in London and then in San Francisco. One of the hottest live acts at the time.
